Vijay is a professional in the fields of information technology and networking with over Ten years of experience in call center solutions. He has been actively involved in the development and implementation of software solutions for several organizations such as Arthur Anderson and Escotel.

Prior to Intellicom he was with Tata Telecom Ltd. A Joint Venture with Lucent Avaya and Tata and was also with Servion Global Solutions Limited, a company with offices in U.S, Australia, Middle East and London, providing Call Center application solutions thru CTI applications and IVR to banks, financial institutions, and service providers in India and abroad.
